- Location information you choose to provide, such as city, address details, or device location permissions used for discovery or check-in features.
- Device, browser, and log information, such as IP address, user agent, app/session identifiers, timestamps, and basic diagnostic data.
- Notification data, such as browser push subscription details and device tokens if you enable push notifications.
- Error and security information, such as crash reports, abuse-prevention signals, and client error logs.
2. Information We Receive from Third Parties
- If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive account details needed to authenticate you and create or link your Dinkify account.
- We may receive data from service providers that help us run hosting, storage, notifications, image uploads, security tooling, error monitoring, and realtime features.
3. How We Use Information
- Provide and operate core app features, including authentication, profiles, groups, events, messaging, notifications, and court discovery.
- Maintain safety, prevent fraud and abuse, investigate reports, and enforce our policies.
- Store and display content needed for social features, such as event participation, group membership, and chat.
- Send account, security, service, and transactional communications.
- Debug, monitor, and improve the reliability, usability, and performance of Dinkify.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights, users, and the Service.
4. How We Share Information
- With other users, to the extent needed for social and event features. For example, your profile details, event participation, messages, and uploaded content may be visible to other users depending on the feature you use.
- With vendors and service providers that help us operate Dinkify, such as hosting, storage, notifications, support tooling, security, and error monitoring providers.
- With law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other parties when we believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect users, the public, or Dinkify.
- In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal protections.

We do not currently sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. In-App Visibility
Dinkify is a social coordination product. Some information is visible to other users as part of the service, such as your display name, profile photo, group membership, event participation, chat messages, and content you choose to post or upload.
6. Cookies, Sessions, and Similar Technologies
We use session tokens, local storage, service workers, and similar browser technologies to keep you signed in, secure your account, support push notifications, and remember app state.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Service, maintain safety and security, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods may vary depending on the data type and how it is used.

Dinkify is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate authorization, we will take steps to delete it.
