Dinkify Privacy Requests and Data Deletion
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your Dinkify account and associated personal data at any time. Dinkify is operated by YU Ventures LLC.
What You Can Request
- Full account deletion
- Deletion of specific data categories
- Access to the personal information we maintain about you
- Correction of inaccurate account or profile information
How to Submit a Request
- Email support@dinkify.app.
- Use a subject line such as Data Deletion Request, Privacy Access Request, or Correction Request.
- Include the email address used for your Dinkify account and your display name, handle, or other identifying details if available.
- Tell us exactly what you want us to do.
Identity Verification
- We may verify account ownership before processing a request.
- We may ask for additional information if needed to protect user privacy or prevent unauthorized requests.
Response Timing
- We aim to respond within 45 days when required by applicable law.
- If we need more time, we may extend the response period where permitted and let you know.
What Happens When You Request Deletion
- Your account may be disabled or permanently deleted.
- Profile, messages, event activity, uploads, or other account-linked content may be deleted or de-identified where reasonably possible.
- Some content may remain visible to others if it cannot reasonably be removed from historical records, backups, or shared activity logs immediately.
What We May Retain
- Security and abuse-prevention logs
- Records required for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement
- Backup copies retained for a limited period as part of routine disaster recovery practices
Connected Sign-In Providers
If you signed in with Google or Apple, you can also manage those connected permissions in your provider account settings.
Disconnecting Dinkify from a third-party sign-in provider does not automatically delete your Dinkify account
or personal data. You still need to submit a request to Dinkify if you want deletion.
